Practical operations. Private technology. Clear responsibility.

Karvan Group is building its foundations.

Karvan develops practical regional operations and private technology around the work that moves people, goods, information, and decisions.

Section 01 — Company status

Where the company actually stands

Karvan Group is the working name for a Swedish enterprise in formation. Karvan Enterprises AB is not yet registered. No services are offered and no contracts are accepted at this time.

Standing status · reproduced without amendment

Nothing on this site is an offer of transport services. No transport permit is held, no vehicle is in traffic, and no commercial launch has taken place. Every page carries a lifecycle label so that intent is never mistaken for operation.

That constraint is deliberate rather than reluctant. Swedish transport law makes the sequence explicit: the permit comes before the vehicle, and an operator who announces a service before holding one is describing something that does not legally exist yet.

Section 02 — Directions
Detail What we build

One foundation, four directions

The foundation is the asset. The four directions are applications of it, and each one is at a different distance from being real.

Mobility

Research

Passenger transport inside one known corridor, run by an operator who understands that corridor rather than a platform allocating across a country.

TodayNo permit held. No vehicle. Preparation only.

Delivery and logistics

Research

Last-mile work carried out as a subcontractor whose compliance record is documented and auditable, in a market where that record is the thing buyers increasingly ask for.

TodayNot started. Under Swedish law this needs its own traffic permit, even below 3.5 tonnes.

Fleet and operating systems

Research

The shared back office the other directions run on: documents, expiry dates, people, vehicles, contracts and reconciliation held in one register from the first day rather than bolted on at scale.

TodayInternal design work. Not a product, and not offered to anyone.

Private technology

Research

Local-first workflow engineering: human-approved, evidence-linked, deterministic where determinism is possible, and built so the model can be replaced without the workflow changing.

TodayMethod, not product. Nothing is sold and nothing is hosted for anyone else.

Section 03 — Region

One corridor, understood properly

Karvan is being built around a single stretch of Stockholm County rather than a map with no edges.

  1. NorthArlanda
  2. CentreStockholm
  3. SouthSouthern municipalities
  4. CoastNynäshamn

A small operator who knows one corridor well can beat a national platform's generic allocation on that corridor. It is why local dispatch firms persist. It is also the only claim about geography this site can honestly make: this is where the work is intended to happen, not where a service is available.

Section 04 — Reading this site

How to read the labels

Every page carries one of four lifecycle labels. They exist to stop a plan from reading like a business.

Lifecycle labels in use across this site
LabelMeaningIn use here
IdeaConcept only. No activity, no capital committed. No
ResearchEvidence gathering and feasibility. No commercial service offered.Every page
PilotA controlled test with a defined scope and measured result. No
OperatingA live commercial business: registered, licensed, insured, compliant. No — and nothing here may carry it

Labelling reduces the risk of a misleading public claim. It does not remove legal exposure, and it is not a substitute for the permits and registrations that have not yet been obtained.
